El Monte lodge is strategically located between dove roosts and unbelievable dove flyways to the south and a main pigeon shooting area to the north.
After shooting for years in the area, we’ve found the pigeons will remain in this undulating hills between April and July near the planted peanut fields.
Doves will typically roost close to the water source and then fly to available crops depending on the time of the season.
HOW TO GET THERE:
Non-stop flights are usually available from L.A., Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, and Miami to arrive in Santiago, Chile or Lima (Peru) with a short connecting flight to Córdoba, Argentina; and flights are also available direct to Ezeiza International (EZE) airport in Buenos Aires.
From Ezeiza, there will be a transfer to the National Airport (AEP) and a short flight to Córdoba or San Luis capital city. There's some direct flights available between Ezeiza and Córdoba too.
Our staff will greet all guests at the airport in either Buenos Aires, Córdoba or San Luis, and drive you directly to the lodge.
For greater convenience, you may also take brief charter flights directly to the International Airport at Valle Conlara in San Luis, which is very close to the lodge and right in front of some of the hunting fields.
